For your scheduling convenience we offer online booking through Vagaro where you can reserve an appointment, reschedule, or add yourself to the waitlist.

 

If you are a new client OR you have not been seen by us in the last 6 months and you are booking a haircut/color service, please book from our new client menu.

Return & Exchange Policy

I’m a return policy section. I’m a great place to let your customers know what to do in case they’ve changed their mind about their purchase, or if they’re dissatisfied with a product. Having a straightforward refund or exchange policy is a great way to build trust and reassure your customers that they can buy with confidence.

​​Service deposits

A 50% deposit is required for first-time guests to secure your appointment. If you need to reschedule, simply let us know 24 hours in advance. The deposit will be refunded and charged again when you rebook. Please note that the 50% deposit is non refundable for last minute cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of your appointment.

Cancelations & Late Arrivals

We value our clients' time and schedules, which is why we ask you to kindly give us 24 hour notice to cancel your appointment. For cancellations within 24 hours or failure to arrive there is a fee value 50% of services booked to be paid before another appointment is scheduled.

 

Late fee: If a Client is 15 minutes late or more it may affect appointment efficiency and ability to complete the desired service and may result in needing to reschedule appointment, If this is the case, there will be $ 25 rebooking fee per service missed or scheduled.

  Please call in advance if you will be running late so the stylist can better assist and confirm if there is still time to complete their service and will provide the best case option.

SERVICE RE-DOs & RETAIL RETURNs

We strive to offer our guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let us know within 7 days of your visit and your stylist will be happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. 

Should you make a retail purchase and would like to return: we offer a full credit refund for 30 days from your initial purchase. Products must be sealed and unused.

 

*No monetary refunds will be issued for services or used products.

Salt of the Earth is located at 486 Main Street, Warren, RI. There is plenty of free parking along Main Street, Joyce Street & the municipal parking lot behind town hall or along the bike path.

When you arrive, we will begin with a thorough consultation. Whether it is time for a change or to enhance your current look, we will help you choose the right path for you and your lifestyle. Styling tips and tricks are always shared whether you are here for color, cut, or both. Extended styling lessons are available upon request. Once your hair plan is in place, it's time to relax and unwind.

After we perfect your look, we will conclude your visit with recommendations for home care and when to come for your next service! We may take a few photos of your finished look too.
